I write the words inside products. 7+ years across Meta, PayPal, and Airbnb — using AI to work faster without losing the human touch.

I'm a Senior Content Designer at Meta, working on Facebook Reels. My job is to figure out exactly what to say — and how to say it — so that people understand what a product does and feel good using it.
Before Meta, I helped launch PayPal's first tap-to-pay feature in Europe (it was covered in TechCrunch and I presented it to the CEO), and redesigned how Airbnb asks guests to verify their identity — which made hosts more likely to accept bookings.
My first full year at Meta was rated "Exceeded expectations" — not because I played it safe, but because I found problems worth solving and went after them.
Kaleb has the ability and curiosity to truly understand the product and use cases holistically. He then crafts the content strategy and explorations with full accountability... This would make him a true growth-focused writer in every sense.
Kaleb is an ideal content strategist. I can't recommend him highly enough... He routinely devoted extra time and energy to take his projects from acceptably finished to thoughtfully crafted. The feedback he received was unequivocally brilliant.
We were so lucky to have Kaleb as a content strategist on our trust product team. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious and his commitment to quality was inspiring... Kaleb is whip smart and a quick learner.
I'm open to senior content design roles, especially at companies building products where language and AI intersect. If that sounds like you, I'd love to hear about it.
